84- RED Spy is in the base?!
So a few people have suggested a forum for readers of this comic, if you guys really want one let me know. I can make it happen but I don’t want to put forth the effort if no one really cares.
Also Tshirts, I’m looking into making them. Feel free to suggest things you might like on a shirt, a favorite character or favorite quote or something of the like. Particularly suggest things if you’re willing to shell out $18-20 for one.

I’d love to have a forum on the website. With phpbb3 its quite easy and can be set up in a matter of minutes. Its set up just like wordpress! I use it all the time.

I’m no lawyer, but this isn’t yours, I think selling shirts might be slightly very illegal.
Their personalities are yours, but all the designs belong to VALVe and to sell them would be a bad, bad, idea.

A lot of gaming webcomics and such have their own stores with copyrighted gaming reference shirts on them. But then again, I don’t know whether they’ve got permission or anything for that either.

They generally don’t have permission. Normally I’d be worried about the copyright thing, but I’ve seen other gaming comics sell TF2 shirts that used not just the designs but official art as well. Often times the comic is just a general gaming comic and has nothing to do with TF2 really. Personally I’m opposed to using official art in that capacity and would never buy one of those shirts.
For the shirt artwork I’m planning on drawing them in more or less civilian clothes, (e.g. a spy without his mask becomes a guy in a suit). This puts it into a more grey area legally.
Obviously if Valve sent me a cease and desist I would, but generally they’re a pretty cool company in regards to their fans so I’m not too worried.

As long as it’s the original artwork and not stuff from the game, it’s totally not a legal issue. These are original characters, even, so it doesn’t have to say “Characters property of TF2.”

I think the soldier is the spy. It would make sense because the artist didn’t show his eyes, so he could have been him and tried to hide it.

Hm… It is possible that soldier was rojo, but I doubt he would’ve known that much about the soldier’s behavior unless he’d been keeping very close tabs.
