Hullo…I’ve been reading this since June of 2009, but I haven’t commented yet, so this is kinda weird for me…
Anyway, this is a great page, as always. BLU!Scoot in the sixth panel just looks different, which is probably what you were going for, and it’s really cool for foreshadowing and everything. I really love panel ten, too. The movement and flow, and the cocky look on RED!Spy’s face is great.
Also, @Liljj: Now that I read your comment, I’m paranoid, too. D:

Roho’s such a bastard, and yet I’m loving his character. However, if he’s hurt Scout… I don’t know if that will stay the same or if I’ll start hating him. I’ve never wondered that. Good on ya.

Well, from what we’ve seen so far, I think that killing people off the clock isn’t allowed. Rojo so far hasn’t seemed to have any reason to break the rules, so it makes the most sense that he was just trying to get Blu spy to admit something, or testing him, or just plain messing with him.
Nu. I mean, I don’t mind some action, but… I want everybody to live. ;.; Even evilly cool people like Red Spy…
They should all live happily ever after after escaping the war. And yeah.

When I first read it, I was somewhat confused (and not at all suspicious of “scout”) with Scout’s dialogue. So, Rojo fooled me, too.
But I agree with AnnilyLF, after Red died I am somewhat more paranoid about other characters dying.
